Alleged Israeli airstrikes close to Damascus reportedly get rid of IRGC member

A member of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) was killed in alleged Israeli airstrikes focusing on Sayyidah Zaynab, a stronghold of Iranian militias, close to Damascus early on Friday morning, in response to Iranian experiences.

The Iranian Entekhab information website recognized the killed IRGC member as Saeed Alidadi. The strikes focused the Sayyidah Zaynab space, an space which has been focused a number of occasions by alleged Israeli airstrikes in latest months, in response to the Syrian Capital Voice information website.

Sites close to Aqraba, south of Damascus, have been focused as effectively, in response to Nour Abo Hassan, a journalist in southern Syria.

The Syrian state information company SANA reported that the airstrikes have been carried out from over the Golan Heights and that the airstrikes solely precipitated materials harm with none casualties.

Reported airstrikes come simply days after the earlier strike

The strikes are the newest attributed to Israel in Syria as tensions proceed to rise throughout the area. The final strike on the Sayyidah Zaynab space was reported only a few days in the past, with 4 members of the IRGC reportedly killed in that strike.

On Thursday, Reuters reported that the IRGC scaled again the deployment of their senior officers in Syria resulting from a spate of lethal Israeli strikes, including that the IRGC will rely extra on allied Shi’ite militia to protect their sway there.

On Tuesday evening, the Israeli Air Force struck army infrastructure belonging to the Syrian Army within the Daraa Governorate of southern Syria after a number of rockets have been fired in the direction of the Golan Heights.
