Photo: World Cup ski racing returns to Aspen Mountain

World Cup ski racing returned to Aspen Mountain on Friday with the boys’s big slalom. The race was received by Marco Odermatt of Switzerland, his eleventh consecutive win on this occasion.

Other actions on Friday included an autograph session with the U.S. Ski Team, a Roche Cup presentation and a live performance by Shakey Graves.

The race will proceed with the second GS on Saturday and the ultimate slalom on Sunday, climate allowing.
