Thousands Rally at White House to Oppose U.S.-Iran Talks and Support Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi

Washington, D.C. — On Sunday, April 13, 2025, 1000’s of Iranian Americans and allies gathered in entrance of the White House to protest ongoing U.S. negotiations with the Islamic Republic of Iran and to specific assist for Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi because the official chief of the Iranian opposition. 

Organized by DC Protests for Iran, the demonstration featured speeches, chants, and a remaining assertion urging the U.S. and its allies to stop engagement with the Iranian regime. The assertion emphasised that the Islamic Republic is at its weakest level in 46 years, with a fractured management and a populace rising towards oppression. It referred to as for worldwide recognition of Reza Pahlavi because the consultant of the Iranian individuals’s aspirations for freedom and democracy. 

Notable attendees included Princess Yasmine Pahlavi and Princess Iman Pahlavi, who joined the group in solidarity.  The occasion underscored a rising motion among the many Iranian diaspora advocating for a secular and democratic Iran, free from the present regime’s affect.
