Golmohammadi Resigns as Persepolis FC Head Coach in Iran

An aide to Golmohammadi introduced late on Monday that, following an extended assembly earlier within the day, the coach and the administrators of Persepolis FC had been unable to succeed in a brand new settlement concerning his place on the membership.

The aide acknowledged that each events agreed to terminate Golmohammadi’s contract by mutual consent.

This resignation follows a profitable four-year tenure as supervisor at Persepolis.

Golmohammadi resigned after a disappointing 1-1 draw towards Mes Rafsanjan in Iran’s Pro League final week, citing the membership’s monetary and infrastructural points as the rationale for his choice.

The Iranian coach was appointed to guide Persepolis in January 2020 and has secured three league titles with the workforce over the previous 4 years.
