Concerns about individuals placing themselves in danger by staying in unsafe houses or vehicles on account of reluctance to depart their pets behind motivated the change.
On January 21, a trailer for pets was opened on the Ishikawa Sports Center in Kanazawa City, which is getting used as a shelter for pregnant ladies and the aged.
Pet meals and different fundamentals can be found freed from cost, and every animal has its personal cage.
The prefecture plans to open 4 trailers by the tip of the month – two every for cats and canine – with house for 50 animals in complete.
“Allowing individuals to spend time with their pets in peace can stop disaster-related deaths,” stated one prefectural official.
