Ahead of the US presidential elections, Donald Trump has bagged the Nobel peace prize nomination for the 4th time. Republican Congresswoman Claudia Tenney nominated him for ‘taking part in a vital position in cracking the peace deal signed between Israel, Bahrain and the UAE in 2020.’ The nomination comes amid simmering tensions within the Middle East as a result of Israel-Hamas battle in Gaza and the demise of three US troopers in Jordan drone strike by Iran-backed group.
