The Simon Wiesenthal Center in Los Angeles hosted a speech by Reza Pahlavi, Crown Prince of Iran on Tuesday, January 29, 2024 in an occasion titled Iran: Between Past & Future.
Pointing to latest developments within the Middle East and the crackdown on dissent inside Iran, the Prince mentioned, “two nice nations, Iran and Israel, are dealing with a typical Goliath within the Islamic Republic. Attempting to appease this Goliath is futile. Now it’s time to give David an opportunity. The Iranian persons are as we speak’s David combating to deliver freedom to Iran and peace and prosperity to the complete area.”
