As a part of the state authorities’s efforts to strengthen the coaching and improvement of consultants in analysis and innovation within the detection and response of digital threats, new technological gear has been delivered to the Cybersecurity Laboratories of the Metropolitan Polytechnic University (UTM) and the Technological University of Yucatan (UPY).
The new gear, delivered by the Secretariat of Research, Innovation and Higher Education (Siies), is a six-square-meter high-definition video wall (made up of six liquid crystal screens or LCDs) and {hardware}, and is a part of the second gear supply to those two coaching areas, inaugurated by Governor Mauricio Vila Dosal in January 2023.
