Esmail Qaani, the highest commander of Iran’s Quds Force, is in “good” well being on Monday, after two Iranian safety officers advised Reuters he had not been involved since final week’s Beirut airstrike. This was introduced by Iraj Masjedi, deputy commander of the unit.
