California Gov. Gavin Newsom, D., introduced Monday that he’s suing President Donald Trump and the U.S. Department of Defense over what he known as “unlawful” federation of the California State Guard.
Furthermore, the grievance acknowledges that there was no less than one precedent, relationship again to the civil rights period when the National Guard needed to federate to interrupt the rise up of Democrat-run Jim Crow South.
