UNITED NATIONS, Jan 15 (Reuters) – The United States stands with the “courageous Iranian folks” and President Donald Trump has made it clear “all choices are on the desk to cease the genocide,” U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Mike Walz advised the U.N. Security Council on Thursday.
President Trump has repeatedly threatened to intervene in support to protesters in Iran, the place hundreds have reportedly been killed in a crackdown on an rebellion towards clerical rule.
